ESFJ Learning Style
Extroverted Sensing Feeling Judging
ESFJs are the social ones in the bunch, making them ideal candidates for learning a new language. If they decide to take on a task, the motivation is often driven by a desire to connect with others and improve the working relationship. When they see the social benefit of solving a problem or completing a task, the ESFJ dives in head first and gives it their all.

Once an ESFJ grasps the details and layers of a situation, they are able to quickly develop a way forward and convey their opinions and/or directions to others.
Optimal learning situations:
- Good engagement of feelings and highly emotional situations
- Practical end to the project – i.e. a certification or reward
- Active learning methods that involve communication and presentation of ideas
- Repetition of material and thorough examples
- They and their work can be viewed and recognized by others, and the work has a major role in accomplishing the overall task at hand
Where the ESFJ struggles:
- Highly conceptual material without applicable use
- Little feeling or emotion being attached to the work
